The IFTP leverages a European wide network of clubs, scouting partners and football academies to identify and develop talented players from all around the world in Europe.

Training and Scouting
Players will train with renowned clubs such as 1.FC Köln, Besiktas Istanbul, Antalyaspor, Europa Point FC, or AVS Futbol SAD and participate in scoutings tests providing a platform to demonstrate their skills under realistic conditions.
Impact and Recognition
The program has produced numerous success stories. Only in the 2024/2025 season eight of our particpants have received contract offers and signed contracts in European football.

We are proud to say that we have officially partnered up with big traditional Bundesliga Club 1.FC Köln, Turkish giant Besiktas Istanbul, Antalyaspor, Europa Point FC and Portuguese highest division Club AVS Futbol SAD to operate the International Talent Programs and Scouting Tests.

5 training sessions every week, trained by professional coaches of the club, Training gear from club, performance assessment, Stadium tour, attending a home game of the professional team, Accomodation, Visa assistance, Participation certificate at the end of the program,..
Scouting
TEsts
From €1000 / Per Trial
Participate in scouting tests with professional teams and have the chance to be signed.
Depending on your quality level we will arrange trials with professional teams for you. Duration of the trials can vary from 1 session to a full week of team training (depending on club and situation).
Individual Trainings
From €80 / Per Session
Participate in individual training sessions with professional coaches and former pros to improve your game.
Our coaches will improve your skill set and work on your weaknesses. You will lift up your game and come closer to reaching your full potential.

Book the full package!
Stay with one of our partner clubs and participate in their Talent Program. On top you will get individual training sessions to improve your game and show your talent further clubs in trials. This way your chances to be signed will improve significantly.

GK Football Exchange is operating since 8 years and has partnered with European top Clubs like 1.FC Köln (Germany), Besiktas Istanbul (Turkey), Europa Point FC (Gibraltar), AFS (Portugal) and Antalyapor (Turkey) alongside with several other clubs (from regional leagues to the highest professional Leagues) in various European Countries.
Furthermore GK Football Exchange is proud to say that we officially operate the International Talent Program for big traditional Bundesliga Club 1.FC Köln, Turkish giant Besiktas Istanbul, Antalyaspor, Europa Point FC and Portuguese professional Club AVS.

GS Globall Sports GmbH is a well established, globally operating sports management company with a worldwide network, whose focus is on advising and managing individual athletes and clubs in international professional and youth football.
Tobias Nickenig is a former Professional Footballer, Sports Director and current Players Agent with 20+ years experience in international professional football. He has played in German Bundesliga 1 & 2 (1.FC Köln, VFL Osnabrück and Erzgebirge Aue) and the German U18 National Team. Furthermore he played on the highest level in Turkey (Orduspor, SüperLig) and Switzerland (FC Vaduz, SuperLeague).
